Long appointment for temporary crown which could have been traumatic to me but both dentist and assistant put me at my ease and explained steps in procedure as we went along. Previous appointment same day with hygenist who along with her assistant were very caring. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful

Rapid emergency appointment. Fitted me in quickly. Extremely helpful and friendly receptionist and dental nurse / dentist. The dentist (not my usual dentist) took care to assess my specific situation, explain the required treatment and then fixed the issue very efficiently, whilst being very considerate of my comfort / any pain I may experience.

Everyone at the Mayhill centre have provided me with excellent care following an accident causing a broken front tooth. I was an extremely nervous patient when I arrived a few months ago. Ellen and the reception team scheduled a very prompt appointment to be seen initially and greeted me with care and compassion. Nick saw me quickly and was thorough in his examination. I was provided with clear information regarding a treatment options and was treated with kindness throughout, easing my anxiety. At every stage, great care has been taken to ensure the best result possible. David provided root canal treatment, ensured every step was clearly explained and was very gentle. Jason provided treatment with a crown and paid incredible attention to detail, ensuring the shape and colour matched my own teeth- I am so pleased with the result. The dental nurses, Emily, Kacey and Remmie, were also kind and made me feel at ease through the process. I cannot recommend Mayhill enough. Everyone there has helped to not only ensure my broken tooth has restored with the best possible outcome but also make a very nervous patient feel comfortable and well cared for. I am grateful to all of the team.

I have had the same Clinician for years which is positive as they know me and provide consistent expertise. The process of the filling was very quick and my Clinician was helpful and knowledgeable providing a good overall experience.
