What happens during your veneers treatment?

1. Your first appointment

At your first appointment, your dentist will reshape your tooth by removing a thin layer of enamel to make room for your veneer. 

We'll then take an impression of your teeth, which is sent to a ceramic laboratory where your custom permanent veneers are crafted to the shape, size and colour you agreed to.

You'll leave this appointment wearing a set of temporary veneers, which gives you a chance to see how your new smile will look and ask for adjustments before the final veneers are made.

2. Fitting your veneers

At your second appointment, the temporary veneers are removed, and your permanent ones are secured in place when you're happy with how they look and feel. 

The veneers are made from strong, tooth-coloured porcelain that matches your natural enamel.

Your new bite will be checked beforehand to ensure your new teeth are a comfortable fit.

Combining veneers with teeth whitening
